My older son and I totally enjoyed the 2 hours. We were there as well this summer when you performed Max Bruch’s Concerto in G minor at NAC. Became a big fan of yours. ❤

Magnificent phrasing! First time I ever really appreciated listening to this piece performed on the violin instead of the cello. I read somewhere that Rachmaninov did not think he needed to compose for the violin because “the cello was enough” for him. How I wish he were still alive and have heard you, Kerson Leong, play the fiddle. Thank you so much for the listening pleasure you gave to this newly-minted octogenarian who relies on listening to classical (mainly instrumental) music for daily sustenance since childhood.
